I have used Hootsuite. Aside from it allows you to see the number of clicks you have on your link, it has also a user friendly dashboard which I love. I can also see people's conversations in the keyword you specify. Pretty cool. It's really important to track your social media efforts so you will know if you are having progress or not.

I haven't tried social media marketing yet but I've heard great feedback using this strategy. I'm looking into tools that i could use when i implement this technique and I'd like to use Hootsuite. It seems like a great tool however can you make a post or perhaps a tutorial how to use this? I'm still new with social media marketing so please bare with me. I would appreciate if you could response here. Thanks a lot!

I'm sorry honey - I gotta laugh just a little bit. Did you read the whole post? :)

The key to marketing yourself through blog comments is to actually read the blog post that you're commenting on. But thanks for the thought. :)

Hey Danielle,

Have you heard of Kurrently at http://www.kurrently.com?

It's a real time search engine for Facebook and Twitter. Very useful for tracking social media efforts.
