The Top 5 Facebook Pages For Learning About Social Media

If you really want to give your business a boost, social media is one of the ways that businesses are promoting their businesses. If you are new to social media, these 5 Facebook pages are some of my favorites for learning and asking questions.

Social media is here to stay so if you’re a business person you’d better learn how to use it properly. The best social media tactics are consistent and ongoing. They focus on interaction, sharing, and developing relationships with customers.

Learning how to use social media is easier than ever because so many people are sharing what they know. The means of benefiting from social media are not hidden. In fact, the most knowledgeable and useful sources are often found in social media platforms. People who are successful at using social media are often happy to share what they know, what has worked for them, and what tools they are using to become more efficient.

Facebook Pages to Learn From

Here are some great Facebook pages where you can learn from social media experts.

1. All Facebook

Dedicated to Facebook only, you shouldn’t miss this Facebook page. If you have a question about Facebook, whether you are using it for personal reasons or for professional reason, they will have the answer. They are also very responsive to answer questions of their fans on their page.

This is one of my favorite Facebook pages because they people behind it are not just about the information (although there is loads to learn from!) but they have real personalities that will make you laugh and come back for more. They are fun and the articles that they link to and the updates are interesting and fun and will always make you think.

3. Social Media Just for Writers

This is a new page on Facebook (and blog) that I am really enjoying lately.  They have some great tips for writers to help them use social media more effectively.  The blog is great too, and it is a very interactive site where you are likely to get responses from the people that run the page.  If you are a freelance writer or a fiction writer, you’ll learn so much from this page!

4. Hootsuite

You can’t talk about professional social media management without talking about Hootsuite. Their management system will save you loads of time when you are trying to keep up to all of your social media platforms. You likely know by now that Hootsuite is my favorite social media management tool and their Facebook Page is helpful in learning to use it.

Hootsuite has changed the way I do social media!  It’s so easy and saves so much time!

This awesome woman has earned her place on the list and she’s a great person, too. Her Facebook page is a great example of what TO DO in social media! She’s funny and loves to interact with her fans.

These Facebook pages are a great place to start if you are just beginning to learn about how you can use social media to promote your business. You will find that many of your questions have already been answered and if they have not you can ask a question and usually get several responses from knowledgeable people. You can find reading material like blogs and free ebooks and you can find video tutorial, too.
